Dr. Hemant Kumar Pandey (born 1964), M.Sc. from Deen Dayal Upadhayay, Gorakhpur University and Ph.D from Ram Manohar Lohiya, Awadh University, Faizabad, presently working as an Associate Professor and H.O.D. of Department of Defence Studies at Meerut College, Meerut affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Under his supervision 13 Research Scholar had been completed their research work and 1 PDF Scholar also completed his research work. He is expert in the field of International Relations, Insurgency and Counter Insurgency and Indian Military History. He has attended several national and international seminars.

Manish Raj Singh (born 1991) has completed M.A. in Defence Studies from Meerut College, Meerut affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and also a part of N.C.C. (National Cadet Corps) with two national camps.

He had a keen interest in Military Affairs, International Relations and India’s Foreign Policy. He has attended national and international seminars. He has presented papers and also published in research journals.
